Vavina Lapham-Elolf is an architectural and interior designer with a passion for creating elevated, thoughtfully curated spaces that seamlessly balance beauty, functionality, and intentional living. Guided by the VAVINA METHOD™, a structured design system rooted in material integrity, spatial discipline, and identity-driven execution, she approaches every project with a refined eye for detail and a deep understanding of how people truly live, gather, and experience their environments.

A graduate of Salem College, Vavina earned her Bachelor of Arts in Design with an emphasis in Architectural and Interior Design. She is currently furthering her education by pursuing a Master’s degree in Architecture at Arizona State University, allowing her to bring a comprehensive and technically informed perspective to every project she undertakes.

Specializing in residential, boutique commercial, and hospitality interiors, Vavina creates timeless spaces that feel sophisticated, welcoming, and deeply personal to each client. Through advanced design technology, including Chief Architect, Revit, Rhino, and Unreal Engine, she develops detailed construction documents, technical drawings, and immersive 3D visualizations that provide clarity, precision, and confidence throughout the design process.

For projects involving expanded architectural or structural scope, Vavina collaborates closely with licensed contractors, architects, and structural engineers to ensure that every design aligns with building codes, permitting requirements, and construction standards.

Based in King, Vavina’s design philosophy is rooted in faith, family, and intentional living. As a devoted Christian and member of Poplar Springs Christian Church, she believes that a home should be more than beautiful; it should serve as a place of peace, connection, comfort, and purpose. Her faith, husband, children, and growing family remain at the center of everything she does and continue to inspire the warmth and authenticity reflected throughout her work.

In addition to her work in design, Vavina proudly serves as Head Swim Coach at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School, where she is passionate about mentoring and encouraging young athletes through leadership, discipline, teamwork, and personal growth.

Vavina is the proud mother of three adult children, Brianna, Kacie, and Brayden, and is grateful to welcome Karim and Jordan into the family in the years ahead. Family is one of her greatest blessings and a meaningful influence behind her approach to creating homes that are both elegant and livable.

With a growing passion for luxury real estate and residential redevelopment, Vavina is also expanding into the real estate industry through an affiliation with HomeStar Realty, with services set to launch upon completion of the licensing requirements. This future integration will provide clients with a seamless experience from property acquisition through fully customized design transformation.
